Pros
The best pro was the pay; and also I truly enjoyed the safety class in orientation... the safety guy was dedicated to his job, no non-sense, wants to keep everyone safe and make sure they go home at the end of their shift
Cons
Expecting you to know everything on day 1 on the machines you’ll be working on, even though you’ve never worked on machines like that; telling you to go faster and faster and hoping you don’t lose a finger, hand or arm because you’ve never worked on this type of machine; Coworkers butting in constantly while you’re being trained; preaching no bags or purses on line when you’re working, but everyone’s got a purse or bag on line; lovely coworkers that have an attitude and come up to you and scream profanities in your face...anger management, anyone???; Kid managers telling you that you ARE done with training because they say so; workers from another shift calling you a troublemaker because another department is wanting you, the new hire, and not a fulltime worker...that should tell you something.
