actually the bad thing is that they are not increasing the salary so your financial growth is restricted. be careful before going there.

You can earn for few months here, but be sure to find job somewhere else after few months.

After one alternate day one new rule is imposed on employee, they can easily blame you and your justification will be listened by no one, they can deduct your salary and in any day they can fire you.
