Pros
No too much pressure at work given that this company is an OSAT, the work loading is distributed properly, there is offline and online cross-functions, this will make job easy as you will not be doing all the work. Basic Incentives/package are higher than other OSAT (excluding overtimes). Managers/directors are easy to deal with as long as you are proactive. Your dynamic skills will develop here due to all tasks should be done quickly with quality due to multiple accounts. Exposure to advance technology and state-of-the-art facilities.
Cons
Managers are always reshuffling, system is not all bilingual mostly are Mandarin, learning curve is quite slow due to equally distributed workload. Trainings are limited. Cannot go beyond your job scope. Promotion is very slow, career ladder slow.
