I’ve worked at Silver for over ten years and have always found it a great place to work, with a friendly and helpful environment created. There are multiple people that have been with the business for over a decade and I see that as testament to the culture that has been created. In difficult moments, I’ve been given the support I need, whilst also been given licence to work independently and not be micromanaged.

Nothing particularly comes to mind.

Stable Business with open-minded management. Many opportunities for training and improving skills. Generally positive attitude of colleagues. Nice central London location.
