Pros
If your a field Supervisor or up you get a gas card however if you leave all of your fuel purchases will be questioned as unknown expenses. Make sure you never fill up on an off day (even if you used your tank the previous day for work)!
Cons
As an Officer here; you will never have a chance for a raise as they hire you at 17-18/h. They have even termed others for "paying them too much". There is no upward advancement (unless you consider being a field supervisor or a director; that will pay you 45k a year and you will be expected to work 7 days a week with no OT pay). This company is an example of a "zero work-life balance". Also they claim that in an offer letter that if you bring in "new business" you will make a commission; problem is, they will never provide you with formal information on it and expect you to not only do your job but also do sales for the company. If you recruit your friends and family; you will never get your referral bonus unless you stay up on the managers responsible for providing it. If you forget they won't bring it up. The owners and other management do not care about you as an employee unless they need something from you (like covering a shift on the fly). I learned that this is not a place I'd recommend to even my worst enemy.
