- Great learning opportunities and supportive management. - Monthly one-on-one meetings with management provide the opportunity to align and speak on any individual priorities, challenges, goals, etc. which in my experience have always been seriously considered. - Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) - Weekly company-wide get togethers to share company updates and provide team building/collaboration opportunities.

Leadership encourages new ideas, and there’s real opportunity to grow your role if you’re proactive. The people here genuinely care about the work and about each other—it makes a big difference in how we show up for our clients. I’ve had the chance to work on exciting projects with well-known brands, and I always feel like my contributions are valued. Also, work-life balance is respected, which is rare in the agency world.

Like many agencies, things can get fast-paced and a little chaotic at times, but that also comes with the territory of working with a wide range of clients. Communication between departments is improving but still has room to grow.
