The best in the business at producing inspiring and mind changing natural history content. The teams are generally amazing people, super inspiring and genuinely enthusiastic about wildlife, conservation issues and caring for our planet. So hard working and passionate.

Some of the senior management (not all) are still in the old fashioned / old school camp that are stuck in the past. Very little room for personal development and few training opportunities. No impartial HR department.
