- Expect to work HARD, and at a fast-pace (the reality of agency-life, but great balance with that unlimited PTO!) - Working remote w/ colleagues in different timezones/with flex schedules can be a challenge, but a lot of work going into processes to make this easier - Client priorities can quickly shift, so we need to always be on our toes and ready for the next pivot
