Thank you for your review. It is indeed true that our people are amazing and we are very proud of our People culture. We structurally achieve Peakon engagement scores that are in the top 25% of our sector (technology market).
Our 2 co-founders laid the foundation for this, and the merit of Joris in this cannot be underestimated. As you have no doubt experienced, he is very well-liked among all Silverfin employees, so we are very surprised to read these comments about him. Especially since the arrival of our new CEO, Joris has been less operationally involved for a few months now. We are an evolving scale-up, especially in the UK where we have experienced some growing pains in recent months. We are aware of this and are working very hard to make the UK an even bigger success story than what we have already achieved in BE.
To achieve this, we are installing a new management in the UK. Alongside our new CEO (LMH, in place since April), our new General Manager UK & Emerging Markets (in place since last month), we are we are currently in the market for a new VP Marketing (as our current VP who has been with us for over 3 years will be moving on at the end of December). We are also fully engaged in a number of other interesting projects, with specific focus on our UK office and are convinced that we are on the right track to become the best possible employer in the UK as well.
