Pros

+ Massive focus on continuous learning + The best engineering culture I've experienced firsthand with a high degree of autonomy and an immense sense of ownership in completing work well, no matter how small + Continuous improvement mindset of fixing things (e.g. processes, culture) that need work

Cons

- As a not-for-profit, engineering salaries are lower than at traditional for-profit tech startups - Some growing pains, though pretty typical for any company experiencing a rapid rate of change

Pros

- I have been working at Simprints for 8 months now, and within a short period of time I have got better understanding of the company: -Seen best CEO and energetic -Culture of having fun, and high integrity -Team mates are highly collaborative and supportive to achieve my goal -Learning is encouraged, to the extent you have an extent to learn from other in different platforms (Such as Lego-days).

Cons

- The company must customize public holidays in deferent country use calander off rather everybody request leave for public holiday. - Low salary. Advice to Management Please try to keep the company as it is throughout its growth and Shift the solution beyond biometric solution and think about other digital health solutions .

Pros

4 day work week Truly flexible hours Impact Great colleagues

Cons

Might or might not be a con depending on your style, but I'd say self directed people fit better. Refining a technology that gets deployed in remote areas often mean no low hanging fruit left, and long feedback loops.
