      Pros

      Good product and good people. I think the values and intent are good, they just don't play out that way.

      Cons

      Chaotic and the most bizarre culture I've ever experienced. Constant push for more more more makes you feel like no matter how hard you try, it's never good enough.

      Pros

      Awesome product, competitive comp, large market and good internal culture with solid middle leadership.

      Cons

      Top leadership can sometimes be seen as reactionary and removed from the market and customers. They are great with product but not necessarily with GTM or investing in growth broadly.
