Pros
I enjoy working for Simmons because they give plenty of opportunity for growth within the company. I also like the fact that this is a growing company. If you look at the staff at Simmons, you will notice employees that have been with the bank for a long time, this to me, shows that the company is a great place to work.
Cons
Sometimes working with a company that is growing fast, you have growing pains, so this would also be a downfall, but they are constantly making changes to meet our needs and continue to improve daily.
