Pros
Simmons is growing at a very fast pace, which brings a lot of new opportunities both for our associates and our customers. The bank focuses on training and providing opportunities to learn. Fun environment - the HR team is coming up with a lot of fun initiatives for us as associates. My leader does a great job of listening to us and allowing us to voice our thoughts and ideas.
Cons
No jean Fridays and still a very business professional dress environment. Benefit costs are okay, but a bit expensive.
