Pros
nothing - worse management and puppets
Cons
10 hours per day, we often ended up working 11+ hours, including most weekends. This made it difficult to maintain a healthy personal-professional balance. Management – There appeared to be favoritism in hiring, with a noticeable preference for individuals from specific regions. Unfortunately, this led to a lack of diversity in perspectives and decision-making. Facilities – Basic amenities such as a good coffee machine were not available, which impacted the overall workplace experience. Senior Leadership – There were gaps in technical expertise among some members of the higher management, despite them holding key decision-making roles. Team Dynamics – Within the software team, certain individuals in both development and QA seemed more focused on appearing busy and aligning with senior leadership than contributing meaningfully to the team's work. Leadership Style – The environment was micromanaged and, at times, toxic. There was limited support for employees genuinely aiming to grow, while those with regional affiliations often received undue preference regardless of capability. Compensation – The performance evaluation process lacked transparency. Significant hikes were given to those aligned with management, while consistently high performers saw minimal raises.
