Worse Place Ever….where careers go to die - Customer Service Representative (CSR) II Simple Global Employee Review

The most disorganized, dirty, unprofessional place. They lie to their clients about shipping to save money. They say shipping in 24 hrs but in reality will hold orders to ship in bulk by the slowest way possible. People show up high and / or drunk. The manager is a complete meat head, no one seems to know what they are doing. Avoid if you can. PTO and benefits are horrendous. Mosquitoes, flys, all over the place. Filthy break room. Things don’t work. They recycle half working computers, cheap Wi-Fi that sometimes doesn’t work, they can’t even afford a land line.
