      Pros

      Good work, great clients and products offered for their clients for automating tasks

      Cons

      Work culture bad. Work hours are high from 9:30-7, with limited 90 min break overall. Bad infrastructure (very less space), very high amount of micro-management (something which creates bad impression), very less amount of leaves(12+6).

      Pros

      SimpleCRM is a great place to work with a supportive, collaborative team and approachable management that values new ideas. The exposure to diverse CRM projects, flexible work-life balance, and continuous learning opportunities make it an excellent place to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Honestly, none that I have experienced so far.
