You might find yourself have to deliver a task you do not know anything about it and you have never heard of it. You are going to use your own tools and laptop. There is no hierarchy of the management. Get your money before you deliver any kind of work, or you will probably lose it if you plan to leave the company or the manager decided he is no longer interested in you.
