This is a very energetic place to work. You are given freedom to bring ideas to the table. Every C-Level's office has an open invitation to come in and speak your concerns. The paid time off is quite generous and the salary levels are above average for the area.
Cons
This is a very fast paced environment. This is however not a secret. This is a smali'sh company that is competing against some of the biggest folks out there.
