Avoid if you value your worth - Sales Associate Simplicity Employee Review

Low base pay and even lower commission structure that does not align with industy standards. They dont give out raises to sales people, even 5 years in youll be told to sell more instead. No value to current sales people. Management is very toxic and disorganized. New procedures and process roll outs monthly with no actual implementation. Extensive travel using own vehicle and reimbursement reports for thousands. No growth opportunities because the company is faiiling and there is mass exodus of talent in the past year or two which will continue. Some of the best sales people ive worked with here and are treated like none other than a mcdonalds order taker.
