Pros
The astmosphere in the office is spot on, between all departments of the business. It is a real pleasure to have access to so many knowledgeable industry experts that work here and everyone pushes each other to achieve and really drive value to our customer base.
The support given to the sales team by the Directors and technical team is unparalled and very uncommon in the industry we are in. This really comes through with all the training courses, access to material and sessions with the tech team.
I have not worked anywhere that has provided as much opportunity for me than Simplify IT has in the 3 short years I have been with them and long may it continue.
Cons
The training schedule is pretty full on and requires some personal time to get various exams and accreditations but this pays off with the opportunities provided when you know your areas of expertise. This is common practise in the IT industry.
