Pros
you will get simple projects to work and mostly based on testing so you don't have to push yourself for learning new things
Cons
you will not get paid when you are not in project and Loss of Pay will be triggered, they don't even have the laptops to provide and relying on the client laptops. No work life balance and almost felt working as a slave under my project manager and many of the glassdoor reviews and other positive reviews you see about this company are actually false reviews made by the company staff
