Pros

Training period was cheery and supportive, a little rah-rah for my tastes. The employees are generally helpful and positive.

Cons

Pay is a little below par for demands, very metrics based despite the continual promises of support. KPI's are often contradictory - to win on one you must lose on another. Much more sales based than average, must probe for a sale constantly and make several every day or it's poor performance. Schedule can vary on short notice and for long periods, no flexibility there.

Pros

Freedom to operate and design your own strategic selling methods. Good health benefits.

Cons

Constant changes to support and compliance policies. Very poor file management and organization systems. Quality of product fluctuates too rapidly for sustained customer satisfaction. Poor designation between sales and support roles. Commission transparency was not given to any degree beyond the owner's private record keeping. No sales team member had any awareness into what they had been paid on at all.

great benefits, and 100% remote work

Cons

call center hours are 24/7. Shifts are 7 days a week from 7 AM EST to 11:30 PM EST. Reverse seniority means you will be chosen to work STAT.
