      Pros

      Lots of talented and smart people, great product with vision, quarterly bonuses (13th and 14th salary)

      Cons

      Management solves all the problems by pulling people from other products to the one that has deadline, sometimes lack of communication among the teams, developers mainly joining non-czech teams, while czech employees are frustrated by lack of people

      Very smart and kind team members. Friendly environment. Ability to have an impact, suggest some changes to the management, and be heard.
