The overall company culture is bad After multiple rounds of layoffs the CEO told everyone that you should just ask people to do more work instead of hiring new people Middle management is by far the worst I have ever seen. Managers outsourcing their responsibilities to individuals on the team and micromanaging to no end. The company also used to sponsor Boise Pride, but stopped this year to fall in line with MAGA politics.
