Its a really fun team to work with and cool environment. I like how open the management is and willing to listen to our ideas. I learned a lot while working here.
Cons
There are some real growth pains that they are going through. There are a lot of things that are not yet formalized and this can be frustrating as a developer, although it has gotten a lot better recently (especially with their scope process).
