You should now have an email from our CEO, Alan Thomas, regarding a company wide incremental pay increase for 2024, which we also did in 2023. It could be that when you started back in 2022 missed out on the pay increase due to our internal deadline we have in place meaning you wouldn’t have been eligible for the uplift. Making sure our team is paid fairly is very important to us which is why we’re part of the Living Wage Foundation.
