- Management is beyond toxic. A lot of verbal abuse, harassment, and poor treatment to staff. Money hungry business. - Poor pay. Well below industry standard, but you have 3x the amount of work. - Unsafe work environment. Warehouse and office are unfit to be a workplace. - Dysfunctional business. Major lack of knowledge when it comes to running a legitimate business. Overall, do not work here. It is a living nightmare and is not worth your time of efforts.

I found nothing good about this company other then some of the ppl I worked with.

Cons

The owner was very abusive towards all his workers and and removes money from their pays for uniforms which is illegal. You can't communicate with him without been degraded. Most workers do around 60/90 hours a week without getting paid overtime, in the time I was there the turn over of workers was amazing, I have never seen a company lose workers so rapidly and it was all due to the owners abusive attitude. There was no WHS and no safety officer to report these concerns too, no HR officer to report the verbal abuse too. One of the worst work experiences i have ever had to go through.... Since I resigned 7 other ppl have left. Would not recommend anyone working here....

Only pro to working here were the other employees (not including management)

Everything. The owner of this company is a horrible man that bullies employees, overworks them to the extend of illness and takes pay out of employees pay checks illegally. Whilst working here I witnessed unspeakable treatment of my fellow colleagues and also horrible treatment of clients as well. We were made to make false promises, and offer zero refunds when we couldn’t fulfill them. Leaving clients severely upset/angry and the account managers getting the brunt of everything and the management taking zero responsibility and merely saying “ignore them/block their contact”. Other management was also unhelpful, back stabbing and would Palm off responsibilities, take the credit when it went well and point fingers when it went wrong.
