Little work/life balance. My first year work demands killed my relationship. Like most professional services firms, not great at managing people. Though mostly filled with nice people with the right values, there are some bad apples that manage up well or bill so high that no one corrects their bad behavior/mistreatment of associates. They don't care about your vacation, holidays, personal commitments - they only care about keeping the client happy. But that's the deal - it's not a surprise.
