Pros

Decent holiday allowance, quite flexible on days off. Working from home available.

Cons

Constantly contacted on days off unnecessarily, expected to work on holiday if you were staying in a company property, blame culture is prevalent, minimal initial training/minimal support, employed on a rolling temporary contract, requests for training ignored or dismissed. Unfriendly office environment.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you feel this way. All year round positions are not generally employed on rolling contracts and we have received other feedback to say that we have a very friendly office environment both in the UK and Overseas. We have also just received a prestigious award for one of the Best Places to Work in Travel. We will certainly feed back your comments on being contacted on days off to your line manager. We have a fantastic complimentary holiday perk for those working for us which many companies do not feature, and only ask that those taking advantage of this perk take the opportunity to get to know the local area and team as part of their complimentary holiday.
