      Sinclair Digital solutions -full service digital agency. Training for various digital marketing products.

      Cons

      Workload is beyond heavy. Unrealistic budget goals and expectations for this market & station rank. No sales assistants to alleviate day-to-day admin work - sales reps do it ALL. Management pushes their own agenda from "corporate" rather than focusing on what's right for clients. People are spread too thin, so things slip through the cracks. Huge company that only sees numbers, not people.

      Good Supervisor, good quality work environment. Good Electronic Tools to use.

      Cons

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
