      Pros

      Access to great learning tools. Digital products are fantastic. Compulse is full of some very smart people and Sinclair has huge national share and influence.

      Cons

      Traditional corporate structure stifles the true potential of Compulse. SBG Company is "process" obsessed rather than being focused on client success. Old upper management hurts moral and needs to go.

      Good Supervisor, good quality work environment. Good Electronic Tools to use.

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
