Coworkers are a great support system. Job is a great opportunity to meet professionals in the industry,
Cons
Management doesn't value their employees as much as they should. Low pay, understaffed at a small station, difficult to be sick as no replacements are planned out for the previously departed employees who were unhappy as well. Hours are not flexible, let alone chosen by employees themselves.
