Parent company - Sinclair Broadcast - is a mess & it trickles down to local stations & managers. Interferes with content of news broadcasts at the local level. Possible layoffs always hanging overhead, always looking to automate jobs & hand duties over to a central hub, yet somehow people who have been with the company for a long time are never at risk, even when their performance is very, very lackluster.
