Great management, great coworkers, get to work remote

transitioning into a new company has been pretty weird. have to go on site once a month even though we are actually remote.

Sinclair is a fast-paced and growing company. I looked forward to: - Opportunities to grow as a leader and implement change - Opportunities to actively be involved in department training - Involvement in the planning and implementation of cutting-edge biomedical research - Small-company "family" culture - Great co-workers!

No company is perfect and there are lots of updates being made. Company morale tends to be low due to a high workload and staffing issues. However, a large push is being made to improve these circumstances in the near future. It's easy to get hung up on what is wrong, however there is a lot of progress being made. Working here is difficult if you are unaccustomed to a fast-paced/ high stress environment, however the work is highly rewarding if you are research-orientated. It's a great starting place for recent graduates interested in research!
