I have been with SRFM for over 14 years and haven't felt the need to look for another job. Matt Bauer is a great guy to work for. He cares for his employees. His open door policy allows us to offer any suggestions we may have. My co-workers are great as well. We are like family. At the end of the day everyone has the same goal, to give our clients the best experience possible.
