Pros

There's nothing more inspiring than being surrounded by insanely smart and dedicated coworkers. Everyone pulls their own weight here - accountability is always emphasized, but mostly everyone does their job because they simply enjoy doing things well. The culture here really stimulates growth. Across departments we share news and industry trends, helping each other stay up to date and sharp. Snacks are on point. The management really doesn't cut corners to make sure the team is motivated and having a good time. When you first start it might seem like there are a LOT of meetings and checkins about culture, values, and what your goals are - but that "over-communication" really helps to keep you focused and connected to the overall team mission. This team is going to challenge you, inspire you, and keep you on your toes. There's a solid balance between creativity and analytics. You'll get to work with exceptional clients - this company is definitely selective with who comes on board as a client. Great team happy hours and flex remote days make this a fun company to work at. The sheer amount of knowledge and growth available here make it a dream company.

Cons

Open office environment does provide some challenges to focus if you're not used to this style of working. The hands-off style of management and an expectation for you to step up and be proactive in problem solving is definitely not for everyone. We're still a small and growing company, so a lot of processes are in scrappy start up mode - You'll have to wear a few hats for sure.

Pros

You learn a lot here, often things you did not even realize you needed to learn. The environment moves very fast and you are exposed to many parts of the business, which forces you to grow quickly. You also work with very smart, capable people, which raises the bar and pushes you to think differently and improve your own skills. The company is very much in an AI-first phase, so everyone is expected to understand and use AI tools in their work. If you do not have AI experience, you will likely not be considered for a role. That said, there is still a lot to learn in this space and you pick up many new skills while working here because AI is integrated into many workflows and people are constantly experimenting and improving how they use it. If you enjoy problem solving, figuring things out as you go, and working in a high pressure environment with deadlines, it can be a great place to develop professionally. The skills you build here are very transferable and you can take what you learn and apply it almost anywhere you go.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone. It is definitely not a clock in clock out type of job. If you are looking for a simple 9 to 5 where you can do the same tasks every day without thinking too hard, this probably is not the right environment. Things move quickly and expectations are very high, which can feel intense if you prefer a slower or more predictable workflow.

Pros

Flexible environment with cool perks and benefits. Onboarding was great. The internal team was great to work with and I learned a lot in my time there.

Cons

Lacks overall direction - are we trying to grow the client base? Are we trying to grow with AI? Are we growing internal tools? I never really knew and often wondered if anymore clients coming on board because I never felt safe in the position no matter what I did. There is absolutely no internal processes BESIDES onboarding. After that, it's a whirlwind of all over the place. Feedback is direct, which is good at times. Other times, just saying "Use AI" might not be the answer.
