I've never worked for a company that is so appreciative of employee contributions and dedicated to employee and client happiness. There is a sense of community and teamwork at Singlebrook, and a sense of mentorship and learning, that extends beyond typical workplace interactions. From working with other developers to participating in company "Lunchtime Learning" sessions, I continuously gained knowledge from my coworkers, all of whom are skilled at their respective crafts, be it web design, Drupal programming, Rails development, etc. (Weekly paid Game Time, happy hours and holiday celebrations, and monthly company lunches didn't hurt, either!).
