Pros

Great vision and ambition, doing important work to help inclusive finance providers reach more people with the right support, mission-driven, building exciting new products and growing in new markets, dedicated and experience core team, great advisory board and partners.

Cons

Singlify is a growing company so some functions and processes won't be as mature as in enterprise, but the team is working on it and continues to implement process improvements for both staff and customers. This means jobs have to change from time-to-time, and that can be tough. Singlify is for you if you've a positive can-do mindset, willingness to get stuck in, and want to collaborate with a team that's focused on long term impact.

Pros

They’re great at selling dreams promises of growth, shares, and big opportunities that never turn into reality.

Cons

Working at Singlify started with promise, but it quickly became clear that poor leadership and lack of transparency are major issues. The company went on a rapid and unnecessary hiring spree creating roles that added little value only to lay off employees later without prior communication or proper reasoning. The leadership, especially the CEO and his advisors, rarely listen to feedback from employees, particularly the engineering team. Many people work tirelessly without recognition, while others who contribute very little are praised and kept on. Pay is significantly below market rates, justified by promises of share options that are never properly documented or fulfilled. Each time, employees are told the process is still incomplete making the entire thing feel like a con to underpay and overwork staff. Overall, there’s a lack of integrity, appreciation, and fairness. The culture rewards appearances over effort and discourages honest feedback.
