Pros
- A real contender in the industry, especially since iOS 14.5 - Mental health days provided, in addition to your holiday/vacation time - Incredibly smart colleagues - Flexibility to WFH/office - whatever works for you - A great collaborative culture. My colleagues are always willing to say yes whenever I need help
Cons
- A bit too meeting-heavy for my preference - The team is very lean - Difficult to justify implementing programs if there is no concrete $ associated to it - Not enough process documentation, especially for such a technical product - No health benefits (This is expected to change but it has been in the works since May 2021)
