A company with many products and solutions that employees (depending on the team) can get industry experience Good technical colleagues with excellent knowledge and behaviour
Cons
Employees low morale Upper management performance is poor. Inner circle people get promoted. HR is incompetent, absolutely no support to employees, only executing processes. Expansion to other countries sounds like a joke Treat humans like numbers
