The pay is excellent for the area, perhaps a bit too high.

Most of the guys who work on the shop floor are entitled, lazy, backstabbing liars who will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. The supervisor for the largest area of the shop lets all of this slide. He sits in his crow nest and ignores everyone.
