Pros
You get 6000 euros of training budget per year for personal development, there are many fun activities, the people are great and since the hiring bar is quite high, also really competent
Cons
Salaries are a little below market norms, and since it is mostly a contracting company, there is a tendency of not seeing a lot of initiative/change (unless directly motivated by a paying client)
