Pros
They are a medium sized company so you don't feel like a number lost among many. The founder is still in the office and they have begun to bring in high performance leadership to establish growth. They don't seem overly eager to grow until they have the right infrastructure and support in place but they have the connections within the industry to go from good to great. Integrity is key to this organization and you won't see the kind of in-fighting that some places have. As far as compensation goes, they are competitive for the market and industry but their benefits are what really set them apart. Having fully covered health, dental, and life premiums is an awesome benefit. They also pay for training courses for career advancement.
Cons
Being in the midst of a period of growth, there is a lot of change going on. This is a good thing as they are working toward continuous improvement, but it does require a flexibility and willingness to adapt to new systems as they are put in place. To their credit, SiteMaster, Inc. is genuine and sincere in their approach to change. Senior leadership sets parameters for employees to work within the confines of and then they empower them to reach goals. New ideas are tested and if they do not work, the organization is willing to admit that it needs to try something different. I like this personally but for those who do not like change it might be a difficult setting.
