      Pros

      Free fruit and other food. Lovely office

      Cons

      Just don’t work there. It looks amazing when you start but it takes you less than a month to realise most managers (from Galway but especially abroad) are awful and don’t care about the company/products/employees. You could see very unhappy people all the time in the office, looking forward to leaving the company. So if you actually want to work and develop your skills, don’t even apply for a job with them. On the other hand, if you want to waste some months of your life and get some free fruit, SiteMinder is the perfect place for you!

We have a very open and transparent culture at SiteMinder where we listen and support our employees. We hold monthly town halls with both the Site Lead and the CEO where employees can provide feedback and ask questions anonymously during the session. Our high engagement scores through OfficeVibe, coupled with our low attrition rates give us a real sense that people love working here.
