Cons

Fast paced environment of a company driven to lead the curve of innovation requires hard work but it's incredibly rewarding.

Pros

I joined about eight months ago as part of a newer wave of people coming into the company, and that gives you a useful view of the place. You get to work with people who know the business well and people who came in more recently to help change it. That balance is one of the best parts. Sitecore has a clear idea of where it wants to go in the market. It is trying to build a more connected platform for marketers at a time when the market itself is changing fast. That makes the work feel current and worth doing. Leaders communicate the direction well, and you can see the effort to make the company stronger and more focused. That comes with tradeoffs, but having the chance to join during this period and be part of it has been unlike any other role I have had. It can be a shock at first, but it is also fun.

Cons

This pace of change comes with tradeoffs. People are learning the business, learning each other, and trying to move quickly at the same time. That can create some friction and unevenness. The company has to keep doing the work to bring people along, especially as new people join and teams keep changing.
