It’s great to hear that flexibility, amazing colleagues, and strong product direction have made a positive impact, and that the new senior leadership team’s openness and transparency are resonating.
Your advice to continue fostering curiosity and stability aligns with our priorities as we grow. We also recognize that constant change can be challenging and requires resilience. The senior leadership team has been and will continue to intentionally shift the organization toward greater stability and predictability. Some of the ways we’re doing this include quarterly Town Halls, quarterly open Q&As with CEO Nayaki Nayyar, and the monthly Vision to Velocity newsletter from Nayaki that keeps Siteimprovers informed on the business and clarifies priorities. These efforts, along with other initiatives, are designed to provide more context and consistency as we move forward.
