Pros

Great team, managers are excellent listeners, flexible, they trust you a lot and support you on how to do your job.

Cons

The company is continuously changing. Once day you have to push one product, the other it's the complete opposite. Sometimes they do not realize how bad this look in the eyes of their customers.

Clear direction from leadership around the future of the AI product roadmap, and the company goals. Wonderful colleagues. Benefits + perks are fab. Remote-respected!

Cons

Few engineering resources for the work we want to do. Middle management can struggle with prioritization and process.

Pros

What really stands out about this company is the culture. It’s a place where performance and collaboration go hand in hand , everyone is motivated to do their best, but there’s also a strong sense of teamwork and support. The product itself is excellent, not just because of its innovation but because the team behind it truly believes in what they’re building. There’s a shared pride in the work and a humility that keeps people focused on continuous improvement. It’s the kind of environment where you’re encouraged to grow, contribute, and feel part of something meaningful. Honestly, I’d describe it as a fantastic performance culture supported by great people and a product that genuinely makes an impact. The benefits are second to none with a large 401k match!

Cons

I wish I could of started working their sooner. The people I get to work with are top rate with a open level of communication.
