On career progression frameworks and policies - at Sitemate, promotion and advancement is based on impact and attainment, not tenure. We deliberately built it this way so that high performers aren't held back by how long they've been in a seat. The majority of our sales team have had multiple internal moves and progressions during their time here, which we're genuinely proud of and which you can see reflected on their LinkedIn profiles. On the departure process - we take individual privacy seriously, and it wouldn’t be appropriate for us to speak to specific circumstances publicly.
