A potential con for some but a pro for me: the lack of structure/systems ( natural growing pains of a fast and successful company but everyone is aware and is making an effort to improve things with s shared commitment)

Management and Executives truly care about employees! Fantastic team! Awesome culture of support and continuous improvement! The product itself is really interesting and customers absolutely love it.

Not any cons that standout, my reason for leaving was related to the position itself not being a good fit.
