Usage of Abusive language to the Employees by Managers. No work life balance. Forget about your family and Friends. There is no proper documents and NO KT. We need to work 24*7*365 days, there is no proper work time. we need to ready to work any time in midnight or weekend and we don't know when we will get the call from Manager. we need to carry company laptop during weekend and holidays wherever you go. No Appreciation and No motivation. At end of every day, we think like why 6D. Think 100 times before joining this company and don't spoil your career.
